Once the trampoline was installed, the kids really enjoyed bouncing on it and had so much fun.
Happy Hideouts was very helpful with helping me choose the correct trampoline.
Quick delivery and very happy with the service
My kids have found this to be the best trampoline outside of some of the professional trampolines that they have been on. They love it and live on it! Doubles have become easy and they are working on bigger tricks already. Happy hideouts were really easy to order from, either great advice given. 10/10 service.
Purchased the hexagon 55 inch rebounder and the quality of the material is evident upon opening the box. The assembly was straight forward and easy for one person. Having previously purchased a spring rebounder which was not kind to my back and joints the Acon rebounder was a welcome improvement from the first bounce. The equipment is sturdy with a lovely bounce. I am enjoying the wider surface bounce area afforded by the bigger rebounder, and enjoy using it daily. Happy Hideouts service was quick and efficient. I can definitely recommend the company and especially the Acon 55 inch hexagon rebounder.
We finished installing our trampoline (everything went to plan!) - it’s perfect, our girls love it and say that it is the best bounce they have experienced on a home trampoline. Happy Hideouts were very supportive with help choosing the right trampoline and during the whole process.
We purchased the Acon X trampoline and we received a fantastic service: Happy Hideouts kindly advised what accessories were best for our planned use of the trampoline, and which were not yet required. Delivery from abroad was fast. Installation was smoothly undertaken by Happy Hideouts team. The finished trampoline is awesome - far better than our previous outdoor competition-grade trampoline, from a different supplier. Aftercare by Happy Hideouts deserves particular praise. We have no hesitation in recommending the Acon X trampoline and Happy Hideouts: 10 out of 10.
Trampoline arrived very quickly one item was lost by courier but replace by Warren the next day.
Can't fault them would say i'd by my next trampoline from these guys again but it will out last me and my kids because its so well built !
I ordered from here as the price was really good.
The re bounder was delivered promptly and it is really excellent, great build quality.
I did have a minor issue with the handlebar, but they sorted that out with no issues.
Great product, price and brilliant customer service, what more could you ask.
Service and communication was great from happy hideouts. The trampoline was straightforward to assemble, and you can see that it’s fantastic quality and heavy duty, compared with a normal garden trampoline. The kids have used indoor professional ones for the past 2 years, and they consider this to have a very similar bounce. They are on it non stop, so well worth paying the money if you want a high quality outdoor trampoline.
Communication was excellent from advice before ordering to delivery to after sales.
We paid to have them build the trampolene and that was very efficient and on time.
Overall very pleased with the company and would certainly be buying from them again.
I had wanted to upgrade our swimming pool this year (I seem to have predicted our recent heatwave!), but the larger pool that I wanted was sold out everywhere. I managed to find one at Happy Hideouts and so after a bit of digging contacted Warren on whatsapp to ask when it would be able to be delivered if I ordered it. Warren said it would only take a couple of days as it was in stock. So I took the plunge and ordered it. I got updates on the order and delivery dates, and then 2 days later it arrived, exactly as detailed on their website. We have now been using it for 2 weeks in this heatwave and it is a godsend for my 4 kids (and all their mates!). Well done Happy Hideouts, you have made some kids very happy.
Not knowing anything about pools, great help and advice, all items received in great condition and kept informed during the transit of the pool, and a help line if any problems occur, which they didn't, fully recommended them
The pool is superb for all of the family, we have upsized from small circular to this beast!! Brilliant. It is already warm enough for the less brave and the children love it.
I was after a model that is currently not available in UK. Quick whatsapp exchange and 3 days later I got a quote for importing it for me from EU. Absolutely fantastic. I was kept updated about progress and delivery was scheduled for the day that suited me best.
Would highly recommend 👌
Great installation service. Highly reccommed.

The Plum Discovery Nature Play Hideaway is a brilliant choice for families who want more from a garden playhouse than four walls and a roof. It’s designed to spark imaginative outdoor play, with clever little details that help children create their own games, stories and worlds. From the swinging letterbox to the cosy fabric doorway, it has that lovely secret-den feel children naturally gravitate towards.
It’s also packed with hands-on activities that keep play fresh and interesting. Children can paint on the easy-clean screen, collect rainwater using the bamboo guttering, or enjoy nature-inspired role play with the built-in planter and sensory features. It turns an ordinary bit of garden into a place for creativity, exploration and plenty of happy, muddy fun.
The Plum Discovery treehouse look and feel is what makes this playhouse so charming. Although it isn’t raised like a traditional treehouse, it still captures that same tucked-away magic children love. The curved roof, wooden design and enclosed feel make it seem like a little woodland retreat, perfect for quiet play, imaginative games and hours of outdoor pottering.
For parents, it offers that sense of adventure without needing a huge amount of space. It has a compact footprint compared to larger climbing frames or towers, but still feels exciting and substantial enough to become a real feature in the garden. It’s ideal for families who want a play space that feels special without completely taking over the lawn.
The Plum Discovery kitchen is one of the standout features of this hideaway, giving children a dedicated space for mixing, pouring and making all sorts of outdoor masterpieces. With the included sink, tinker pots and stove accessories, it’s perfectly set up for mud pies, pretend cooking and sensory play with natural materials like leaves, petals and soil.
It also goes beyond a standard mud kitchen thanks to the added water-play and creative features. The bamboo guttering helps collect rainwater for little experiments, while the frame can be used for a water run or trellis. Add in the easy-clean painting screen and you’ve got a playhouse that supports imaginative, messy and open-ended outdoor play all in one thoughtful setup.

Active Play Specialist & Founding Director, Happy Hideouts
I’ve spent most of my life getting children active – in schools, sports clubs, and back gardens. Now I’m sharing simple, practical ways to help your kids build strength, balance, and joy through play.
I work closely with our suppliers to make sure every product we offer encourages real, active play. I’ve visited ACON in Finland and spent time on their trampolines with their R&D team – seeing first-hand how much care and testing goes into every jump. That partnership helps us choose the kind of products that genuinely last – and bring the most fun to family gardens.
