Delivery & Installation
How are Happy Hideouts products delivered?
All deliveries are kerbside only. Your order will be dropped off at the nearest safe and accessible point outside your property — usually the driveway or kerbside.
Our couriers can’t carry items through your home, up stairs, or into the garden. If your order is large or heavy, and you need a hand unloading, please contact us before delivery. We can arrange a two-person lift service for a small additional fee.
Can I book installation for my climbing frame, trampoline, or playhouse?
Yes — we offer a professional installation service for most products. You can book installation through us when you order, or simply get in touch afterwards.
Once confirmed, our trusted installation partner will contact you to arrange the best date and time for your setup. They’ll handle everything, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Customisation & Bespoke Orders
Can I customise a Happy Hideouts product?
Absolutely. Many of our trampolines, climbing frames, and playhouses can be tailored to suit your space and preferences. If you’d like to adjust the layout, colours, or features — just ask us before you buy, and we’ll walk you through the available options.
Do you offer bespoke designs or custom builds?
Yes. If you’re after something unique or have specific dimensions in mind, we can provide a bespoke quote. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll design something that fits your space perfectly.
Can I get a CAD rendering before ordering?
Of course! We can provide a CAD rendering to help you visualise your setup. There’s a small cost for this service, but it will be deducted from your final order total if you go ahead with the purchase.

At the moment, we deliver across mainland UK. If you’re based outside this area, contact us — we’ll do our best to help.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress right to your door.
What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if something is missing or damaged. We’ll resolve it quickly and make sure everything is put right.
