My kids have found this to be the best trampoline outside of some of the professional trampolines that they have been on. They love it and live on it! Doubles have become easy and they are working on bigger tricks already. Happy hideouts were really easy to order from, either great advice given. 10/10 service.
Purchased the hexagon 55 inch rebounder and the quality of the material is evident upon opening the box. The assembly was straight forward and easy for one person. Having previously purchased a spring rebounder which was not kind to my back and joints the Acon rebounder was a welcome improvement from the first bounce. The equipment is sturdy with a lovely bounce. I am enjoying the wider surface bounce area afforded by the bigger rebounder, and enjoy using it daily. Happy Hideouts service was quick and efficient. I can definitely recommend the company and especially the Acon 55 inch hexagon rebounder.
We finished installing our trampoline (everything went to plan!) - it’s perfect, our girls love it and say that it is the best bounce they have experienced on a home trampoline. Happy Hideouts were very supportive with help choosing the right trampoline and during the whole process.

We purchased the Acon X trampoline and we received a fantastic service: Happy Hideouts kindly advised what accessories were best for our planned use of the trampoline, and which were not yet required. Delivery from abroad was fast. Installation was smoothly undertaken by Happy Hideouts team. The finished trampoline is awesome - far better than our previous outdoor competition-grade trampoline, from a different supplier. Aftercare by Happy Hideouts deserves particular praise. We have no hesitation in recommending the Acon X trampoline and Happy Hideouts: 10 out of 10.

Trampoline arrived very quickly one item was lost by courier but replace by Warren the next day.
Can't fault them would say i'd by my next trampoline from these guys again but it will out last me and my kids because its so well built !

I ordered from here as the price was really good.
The re bounder was delivered promptly and it is really excellent, great build quality.
I did have a minor issue with the handlebar, but they sorted that out with no issues.

Service and communication was great from happy hideouts. The trampoline was straightforward to assemble, and you can see that it’s fantastic quality and heavy duty, compared with a normal garden trampoline. The kids have used indoor professional ones for the past 2 years, and they consider this to have a very similar bounce. They are on it non stop, so well worth paying the money if you want a high quality outdoor trampoline.

Communication was excellent from advice before ordering to delivery to after sales.
We paid to have them build the trampolene and that was very efficient and on time.
Overall very pleased with the company and would certainly be buying from them again.

I had wanted to upgrade our swimming pool this year (I seem to have predicted our recent heatwave!), but the larger pool that I wanted was sold out everywhere. I managed to find one at Happy Hideouts and so after a bit of digging contacted Warren on whatsapp to ask when it would be able to be delivered if I ordered it. Warren said it would only take a couple of days as it was in stock. So I took the plunge and ordered it. I got updates on the order and delivery dates, and then 2 days later it arrived, exactly as detailed on their website. We have now been using it for 2 weeks in this heatwave and it is a godsend for my 4 kids (and all their mates!). Well done Happy Hideouts, you have made some kids very happy.

Not knowing anything about pools,great help and advice,all items received in great condition and kept informed during the transit of the pool,and a help line if any problems occur,which they didn't, fully recommended them

The pool is superb for all of the family, we have upsized from small circular to this beast!! Brilliant. It is already warm enough for the less brave and the children love it.

I was after a model that is currently not available in UK. Quick whatsapp exchange and 3 days later I got a quote for importing it for me from EU. Absolutely fantastic. I was kept updated about progress and delivery was scheduled for the day that suited me best.

I contacted Happy Hideouts to double-check the availability of the Intex Ultra XTR 16' x 28" swimming pool, as other sites were claiming to have it in stock when they didn't. Warren confirmed he had it, let me arrange a collection, and even had it ready and waiting when I arrived.

Ordered this playbase to meet the needs of my growing autistic 14 year-old who still likes to swing. As well as my older son who likes to work out. Really great service received and the whole thing was ordered and installed in 2 weeks.

Fabulous customer service with a really personal touch. The rebounder arrived the day after purchase. It’s nicely packaged and easy to set up. I didn’t do it as my 11 year old daughter did it for me in 10 minutes. Her top tip is to put on cycling gloves when attaching the last few.
It is a brilliant size. I’m 5 ft 6 and there’s ample space to feel confident you won’t crash on the edge. Fabulous for exercise and lymph drainage. My legs feel really good post bounce.
It arrived at the beginning of the Easter hols and my 11 and 13 year old have barely left it alone. They love it and are far more adventurous on it than I am.
It looks great and is a quality rebounder. We had some gym mats to hand which we put underneath it. I’m not sure if we needed to but it’s on a newly tiled floor so we took no chances.
Great value, especially for the quality. I didn’t purchase a handle but may get one down the line as they can be purchased separately.
