Family enjoys it!
Sturdy, good quality trampoline that is providing the family hours of entertainment. Having spent some time on it myself, I am surprised at how it provides a good workout, whilst being enjoyable!
If I had to be picky, the attached label on the net states maximum 150kg weight, whilst the online information states no weight limit but further delving reveals that there is no single user weight limit.
Warren from Happy Hideouts provided great service but the experience was slightly let down by the third party delivery service - did not bother to phone beforehand on the day of delivery despite being requested to do so. Fortunately, I was in on the day and had to plead with the delivery man to not just dump the pallet kerbside and instead wheel the pallet a further few metres down the straight driveway!

Fun and !
As a freestyle trampoliner who’s been bouncing in the garden for a number of years and jumped on lots of different outdoor trampolines, I was impressed by the all round high quality of the Exit Toys trampoline.
The styling to the trampoline makes it look very cool in the garden. It offers bouncy and easy use thanks to the study frame and high quality springs and jumping mat.
I found that the trampoline has a really safe and cushioning spring padding and enclosure that protects you when falling onto and makes you feel comfortable when jumping all around the trampoline.
I definitely highly recommend any of these trampoline models by Exit Toys to families looking for a safe and fun trampoline for their kids to exercise and learn skills on or just for fun!

Acon Air Sport 16 HD
I purchased the ACON Air Sport 16 HD with enclosure and standard springs.
The trampoline is very well built, sturdy and the enclosure is trustworthy.
Warren and the team are fantastic, I couldn't recommend them enough! If you are in the UK I would recommend purchasing an ACON from Happy Hideouts!
The bounce of the trampoline is much more than you would get from a standard garden trampoline.
Putting the trampoline's frame together was a little bit tricky and did require a lot of force, so I'd recommend two (strong) adults for the job. After the frame was built, everything was a breeze!

Go Karts
The Go Karts are amazing! All of our visitors on site really enjoy using them, especially the tractor themed Go Kart. They love being able to ride along as though they are driving a real tractor, and making the sound effects to go with it. Thank you!

Excellent from start to finish
We just wanted to say how delighted we are with the Berg play equipment, and what an excellent job the team did in installing it. They worked really hard to dig it in properly and were very thorough. Our daughter is over the moon and can’t stay off the swings even in this cold weather. Altogether a very good experience!

Fantastic outdoor activity focus
Our grandson had so enjoyed the round trampoline we bought him five years ago that a new, tougher one was needed. He is thrilled with it, his parents are very satisfied with the additional safety features of the rectangular model, and his little sister is following in his bouncing enthusiasm!

Once your BERG Playbase arrives at your doorstep, we’ll check in to make sure everything’s as robust as expected. Then, it’s time to pick your date with fun! You’ll get exclusive access to our installation team’s booking system to select the date(s) that work best for you.
Our expert team will then swing into action, installing your BERG Playbase right where you want it in your garden. Remember, monkey bars love a firm foundation! That’s why our service also includes the necessary digging to ensure a secure setup. Please note, our team is all about the swing, so additional accessories are not part of the package. Any structural modifications to the garden for the BERG Playbase are also not included.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be
made.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

International Orders:
We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to info@happyhideouts.co.uk, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

A great addition to our garden! The Happy Hideouts team made everything straightforward from ordering to installation - much better service than when we got our trampoline elsewhere.
The Large TL Playbase is actually bigger than we thought it would be, which has worked out OK. Our 4-year-old loves using the climbing net to get onto the monkey bars (really handy feature), and our 7-year-old has been having a great time with it too. We've got the basketball hoop ready to put up when they're a bit older.
Thanks for making it all so easy. Just waiting for some decent weather now so the kids can get out there more!
