I love my Acon. It’s right beside my bedroom because it’s the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do at night. I have bad knees which makes life heavy at times. 2 minutes on my beautiful Acon rebounder and I am smiling, flying and sweating to the beat. Acon 16 HD Trampoline - Excellent Service and Product
We had great advice and support from Happy Hideouts when reviewing which trampoline would be best for our daughter who loves to tumble. They were very responsive and incredibly helpful. Once we purchased the trampoline it was delivered within a couple of days and delivery was free. We used happy hideouts installation team and they were also fantastic, even better as all the packaging is taken away so no full bins or tip runs! 15ft Acon trampoline
When I’m purchasing something as expensive as a Acon trampoline, I really have to do my homework on the website I’m making the purchase from. Happy Hideouts had the best price by far compared to any other website selling Acon trampolines, so this was a plus. After reading all reviews on all sales I was still not sure, even though Happy hideouts was practically a five star company. After putting my new trampoline in the basket and seeing PayPal payment I felt more positive now. So I made the purchase and that was that. Next day I get a number calling me from Chipping Norton, and instantly thought it was Clarksons Farm or a dodgy caller so I ignored it. A few minutes later it rang again so I answered it. And was surprised to hear it was Warren from Happy hideouts thanking me for my order, and letting me know my netting was not available at that time, but found me a solution to the problem, which was great. Firstly thank you Warren for sorting that out, and being upfront and honest about my purchase, secondly I went back and purchased the all weather protection for my trampoline. With all honesty on this company I highly recommend it to all buyers for all sales. No long waits on customer service, just old fashioned one to one chats with the owners. I bought an Acon rebounder from Happy Hideouts and the customer service was excellent. Warren was very helpful over WhatsApp, answering all my questions and guiding me to the right choice. Although it was out of stock and I had to wait, he kept me updated throughout.
The rebounder itself is top quality – sturdy, easy to assemble, and a pleasure to use. I’ve never enjoyed exercise before, but now I actually look forward to starting my day on it. I highly recommend Happy Hideouts for their great products and outstanding service.

I am so pleased we ordered this trampoline, my kids are absolutely thrilled with it!! They have barely spent any time off it since it arrived.
Warren was really helpful when it came to choosing the right trampoline for our family.
This feels so much safer than our old trampoline, my kids have both flown into the net a couple of times and bounced back in. It’s also really quiet which is a bonus as parents!
Everything feels sturdy and of the highest quality.
I’m really pleased we chose the pro as the bounce is fantastic. The mat around the trampoline is thick and sturdy. I really like the envelope opening because I don’t have to keep reminding my kids to do up a zip. I also like that I can reach my hand under the net to fish out abandoned toys and socks without having to climb in.
All in all this is a thoughtfully designed, well built, very high quality trampoline which I’m confident will last us many many years.

We are thrilled with our new trampoline - the Acon Air 3.7. While researching trampolines online, I came across the Happy Hideouts website and it provided invaluable advice on the various brands and their benefits, specifying build and testing standards. We decided on Acon as safety and build quality was our number one priority. Warren at Happy Hideouts was very helpful - he organised super quick delivery for a specific day and even helped me source some accessories from outside the Happy Hideouts website!
Assembling the trampoline was surprisingly straightforward - I sloped off to a coffee shop while my husband and brother-in-law did all the hard work! They watched the Acon online video before attempting assembly and it took them just 2hrs 15 mins (they felt they had to time themselves!).
Our son loves his new trampoline and we’ve all had a lot of fun enjoying it. The true test was a birthday party with 10 six year olds - the trampoline was a total hit and made for some very happy faces.
I would 100% recommend Warren and the team at Happy Hideouts for all your trampolining needs! They do other things too … my son now wants a pool! Help!

Warren was super in giving advise and answering my million questions re the trampoline and then even got it to me next day as I’d left it very late for pre birthday delivery!! The one I originally wanted was out of stock and I was concerned the other option wouldn’t be enough for what my daughter wanted. I was so very wrong, it’s enough and a tonne more. My daughter absolutely loves it, she’s even out bouncing in the pouring rain right now!! Would highly recommend happy hideouts. I don’t often do reviews but I just had to (sorry it’s taken me so long to get round to it though!!)

Kerbside Delivery Only
All deliveries from Happy Hideouts are kerbside only. Your order will be delivered to the nearest safe and accessible point outside your property — usually the driveway or kerbside.
Our couriers aren’t able to carry items through your home, up stairs, or into the garden.
Some items — especially larger trampolines, climbing frames, or playhouses — may need a two-person lift due to their size and weight.
If you think you’ll need help unloading, please contact us before delivery. We can arrange an assisted two-person service for an additional fee, depending on your location and the size of your order.
We’re always happy to help make your delivery as smooth as possible.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

We will happily ship our fantastic products to non-mainland UK & international customers.
Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to info@happyhideouts.co.uk, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.
