My kids have found this to be the best trampoline outside of some of the professional trampolines that they have been on. They love it and live on it! Doubles have become easy and they are working on bigger tricks already. Happy hideouts were really easy to order from, either great advice given. 10/10 service.
Purchased the hexagon 55 inch rebounder and the quality of the material is evident upon opening the box. The assembly was straight forward and easy for one person. Having previously purchased a spring rebounder which was not kind to my back and joints the Acon rebounder was a welcome improvement from the first bounce. The equipment is sturdy with a lovely bounce. I am enjoying the wider surface bounce area afforded by the bigger rebounder, and enjoy using it daily. Happy Hideouts service was quick and efficient. I can definitely recommend the company and especially the Acon 55 inch hexagon rebounder.
We finished installing our trampoline (everything went to plan!) - it’s perfect, our girls love it and say that it is the best bounce they have experienced on a home trampoline. Happy Hideouts were very supportive with help choosing the right trampoline and during the whole process.
We purchased the Acon X trampoline and we received a fantastic service: Happy Hideouts kindly advised what accessories were best for our planned use of the trampoline, and which were not yet required. Trampoline arrived very quickly one item was lost by courier but replace by Warren the next day.

Service and communication was great from happy hideouts. The trampoline was straightforward to assemble, and you can see that it’s fantastic quality and heavy duty, compared with a normal garden trampoline. The kids have used indoor professional ones for the past 2 years, and they consider this to have a very similar bounce. They are on it non stop, so well worth paying the money if you want a high quality outdoor trampoline.
Communication was excellent from advice before ordering to delivery to after sales.
We paid to have them build the trampolene and that was very efficient and on time.

I had wanted to upgrade our swimming pool this year (I seem to have predicted our recent heatwave!), but the larger pool that I wanted was sold out everywhere. I managed to find one at Happy Hideouts and so after a bit of digging contacted Warren on whatsapp to ask when it would be able to be delivered if I ordered it. Warren said it would only take a couple of days as it was in stock. So I took the plunge and ordered it. I got updates on the order and delivery dates, and then 2 days later it arrived, exactly as detailed on their website. We have now been using it for 2 weeks in this heatwave and it is a godsend for my 4 kids (and all their mates!). Well done Happy Hideouts, you have made some kids very happy.

The pool is superb for all of the family, we have upsized from small circular to this beast!! Brilliant. It is already warm enough for the less brave and the children love it.
