I had wanted to upgrade our swimming pool this year (I seem to have predicted our recent heatwave!), but the larger pool that I wanted was sold out everywhere. I managed to find one at Happy Hideouts and so after a bit of digging contacted Warren on whatsapp to ask when it would be able to be delivered if I ordered it. Warren said it would only take a couple of days as it was in stock. So I took the plunge and ordered it. I got updates on the order and delivery dates, and then 2 days later it arrived, exactly as detailed on their website. We have now been using it for 2 weeks in this heatwave and it is a godsend for my 4 kids (and all their mates!). Well done Happy Hideouts, you have made some kids very happy.

I contacted Happy Hideouts to double-check the availability of the Intex Ultra XTR 16' x 28" swimming pool, as other sites were claiming to have it in stock when they didn't. Warren confirmed he had it, let me arrange a collection, and even had it ready and waiting when I arrived.

Highly recommended rebounder for mum and kids
Fabulous customer service with a really personal touch. The rebounder arrived the day after purchase. It’s nicely packaged and easy to set up. I didn’t do it as my 11 year old daughter did it for me in 10 minutes. Her top tip is to put on cycling gloves when attaching the last few.
It is a brilliant size. I’m 5 ft 6 and there’s ample space to feel confident you won’t crash on the edge. Fabulous for exercise and lymph drainage. My legs feel really good post bounce.
It arrived at the beginning of the Easter hols and my 11 and 13 year old have barely left it alone. They love it and are far more adventurous on it than I am.
It looks great and is a quality rebounder. We had some gym mats to hand which we put underneath it. I’m not sure if we needed to but it’s on a newly tiled floor so we took no chances.
Great value, especially for the quality. I didn’t purchase a handle but may get one down the line as they can be purchased separately.

Shipping is FREE on all orders* to customers within Mainland UK. We don't want to mess around with fine print and extra charges, we like things to be simple and easy.

Kerbside Delivery Only
All deliveries from Happy Hideouts are kerbside only. Your order will be delivered to the nearest safe and accessible point outside your property — usually the driveway or kerbside.
Our couriers aren’t able to carry items through your home, up stairs, or into the garden.
Some items — especially larger trampolines, climbing frames, or playhouses — may need a two-person lift due to their size and weight.
If you think you’ll need help unloading, please contact us before delivery. We can arrange an assisted two-person service for an additional fee, depending on your location and the size of your order.
We’re always happy to help make your delivery as smooth as possible.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

We will happily ship our fantastic products to non-mainland UK & international customers.
Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to info@happyhideouts.co.uk, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.
