Amazing quality and bounce - great investment!

Excellent service compared to others
A great addition to our garden! The Happy Hideouts team made everything straightforward from ordering to installation - much better service than when we got our trampoline elsewhere.
The Large TL Playbase is actually bigger than we thought it would be, which has worked out OK. Our 4-year-old loves using the climbing net to get onto the monkey bars (really handy feature), and our 7-year-old has been having a great time with it too. We've got the basketball hoop ready to put up when they're a bit older.
Thanks for making it all so easy. Just waiting for some decent weather now so the kids can get out there more!

Well worth it
This is an awesome, well-built trampoline, and definitely premium quality. Yes, it's pricey, but you really get what you pay for here. Not saying everyone needs one, but if your kids will use it daily, it's worth the investment. Way different from those cheap Amazon ones - I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts 10+ years. Plus, Acon confirmed all parts are replaceable.
Setup takes about 5-6 hours solo. Instructions are solid though some steps are tricky. Love how the safety net sits on the outside - makes a huge difference since kids can safely stand in the corners when not jumping. The all-black design looks pretty sleek too.
I almost went with the cheaper 16' rectangular model, but glad I chose this one instead. Was nervous about the price tag but no regrets now that we have it.

Initially the wrong pool was delivered to us but Warren worked with us and organized for a collection and re-delivery withing a week. We bought this pool at the beginning of the summer and it has been up ever since. It was delivered quickly, and was extremely easy to put up as the instructions are very clear. We bought the playhouse for grandchildren and "built" it with the help of their parents in approx. 4 hrs. Essential to follow the clearly laid out instructions and more than very helpful to watch the YouTube video before and have available during construction. Drill bit supplied as are all necessary screws, bolts & hardware..... but NOT bolts for fixing to concrete or similar hard base which is a nuisance on a Sunday afternoon when the shops are closed !. There are 'anchors' supplied for fixing the four corners to grass or soft ground. There is NO FLOOR to the Playhouse which is a pity...... or at least it would be good if one were available as an 'Extra'. A power drill / screwdriver is essential and the recommended rubber mallet is good to have. The one fault we had was that the manufacturer had failed to drill about 16 necessary holes in the side panels which could have been a major problem, but we got around that! All other holes & fittings lined up perfectly. All good but don't rush the construction and follow the instructions. We have not placed the decals yet as we think that we will wait for warmer & drier weather and that will make it a 'Home from Home' for the children!
We bought from Happy Hideouts on line & Warren, their founder was helpful, arranging for delivery to be at a convenient date & time, he followed up on the day to check all was well and a few weeks later called again to check that we had put it together with no problems. It seems to be a well made product supplied by a very personal caring outfit!
