Fabulous customer service with a really personal touch. The rebounder arrived the day after purchase. It’s nicely packaged and easy to set up. I didn’t do it as my 11 year old daughter did it for me in 10 minutes. Her top tip is to put on cycling gloves when attaching the last few.
It is a brilliant size. I’m 5 ft 6 and there’s ample space to feel confident you won’t crash on the edge. Fabulous for exercise and lymph drainage. My legs feel really good post bounce.
It arrived at the beginning of the Easter hols and my 11 and 13 year old have barely left it alone. They love it and are far more adventurous on it than I am.
It looks great and is a quality rebounder. We had some gym mats to hand which we put underneath it. I’m not sure if we needed to but it’s on a newly tiled floor so we took no chances.
Great value, especially for the quality. I didn’t purchase a handle but may get one down the line as they can be purchased separately.

It is a performance trampoline and came at a significant cost, but we believe it is worth it. It is just so much better than a regular trampoline.
My son has been using this for nearly 2 months now and it is just so much fun!! He can do real skilful jumps on this one.

The kids love their new trampoline... We weren't too sure which one to by but Warren helped us make a decision to go with the ACON 12ft Round. It was pretty easy to build, thwe quality is awesome and the kids are on it every day.

All deliveries from Happy Hideouts are kerbside only. Your order will be delivered to the nearest safe and accessible point outside your property — usually the driveway or kerbside.
Our couriers aren’t able to carry items through your home, up stairs, or into the garden.
Some items — especially larger trampolines, climbing frames, or playhouses — may need a two-person lift due to their size and weight.
If you think you’ll need help unloading, please contact us before delivery. We can arrange an assisted two-person service for an additional fee, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
