We needed something more solid for older kids and so far it meets the expectations. Hopefully it will last for many years to come.

I love my Acon. It’s right beside my bedroom because it’s the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do at night. I have bad knees which makes life heavy at times. 2 minutes on my beautiful Acon rebounder and I am smiling, flying and sweating to the beat. I call it energy rehab, and it’s indispensable in my daily routine.

We had great advice and support from Happy Hideouts when reviewing which trampoline would be best for our daughter who loves to tumble. They were very responsive and incredibly helpful. Once we purchased the trampoline it was delivered within a couple of days and delivery was free. We used happy hideouts installation team and they were also fantastic, even better as all the packaging is taken away so no full bins or tip runs! When I’m purchasing something as expensive as a Acon trampoline, I really have to do my homework on the website I’m making the purchase from. Happy Hideouts had the best price by far compared to any other website selling Acon trampolines, so this was a plus. After reading all reviews on all sales I was still not sure, even though Happy hideouts was practically a five star company. After putting my new trampoline in the basket and seeing PayPal payment I felt more positive now. So I made the purchase and that was that. Next day I get a number calling me from Chipping Norton, and instantly thought it was Clarksons Farm or a dodgy caller so I ignored it. A few minutes later it rang again so I answered it. And was surprised to hear it was Warren from Happy hideouts thanking me for my order, and letting me know my netting was not available at that time, but found me a solution to the problem, which was great. Firstly thank you Warren for sorting that out, and being upfront and honest about my purchase, secondly I went back and purchased the all weather protection for my trampoline. With all honesty on this company I highly recommend it to all buyers for all sales. No long waits on customer service, just old fashioned one to one chats with the owners. I bought an Acon rebounder from Happy Hideouts and the customer service was excellent. Warren was very helpful over WhatsApp, answering all my questions and guiding me to the right choice. Although it was out of stock and I had to wait, he kept me updated throughout.

This feels so much safer than our old trampoline, my kids have both flown into the net a couple of times and bounced back in. It’s also really quiet which is a bonus as parents!

I’m really pleased we chose the pro as the bounce is fantastic. The mat around the trampoline is thick and sturdy. I really like the envelope opening because I don’t have to keep reminding my kids to do up a zip. I also like that I can reach my hand under the net to fish out abandoned toys and socks without having to climb in.
All in all this is a thoughtfully designed, well built, very high quality trampoline which I’m confident will last us many many years.

We are thrilled with our new trampoline - the Acon Air 3.7. While researching trampolines online, I came across the Happy Hideouts website and it provided invaluable advice on the various brands and their benefits, specifying build and testing standards. We decided on Acon as safety and build quality was our number one priority. Warren at Happy Hideouts was very helpful - he organised super quick delivery for a specific day and even helped me source some accessories from outside the Happy Hideouts website!

Assembling the trampoline was surprisingly straightforward - I sloped off to a coffee shop while my husband and brother-in-law did all the hard work! They watched the Acon online video before attempting assembly and it took them just 2hrs 15 mins (they felt they had to time themselves!).

Our son loves his new trampoline and we’ve all had a lot of fun enjoying it. The true test was a birthday party with 10 six year olds - the trampoline was a total hit and made for some very happy faces.

Warren was super in giving advise and answering my million questions re the trampoline and then even got it to me next day as I’d left it very late for pre birthday delivery!! The one I originally wanted was out of stock and I was concerned the other option wouldn’t be enough for what my daughter wanted. I was so very wrong, it’s enough and a tonne more. My daughter absolutely loves it, she’s even out bouncing in the pouring rain right now!! Would highly recommend happy hideouts. I don’t often do reviews but I just had to (sorry it’s taken me so long to get round to it though!!)

I contacted the team to help me choose a trampoline for my youngest son , Warren spent a good 25 minutes with me over the phone walking me through options, given this was significantly outside of his working hours i really appreciated it. The product recommendation was fantastic, really went down well and the team couldn't have been more spot on with their recommendation. 100% would recommend.

Sturdy, good quality trampoline that is providing the family hours of entertainment. Having spent some time on it myself, I am surprised at how it provides a good workout, whilst being enjoyable!
If I had to be picky, the attached label on the net states maximum 150kg weight, whilst the online information states no weight limit but further delving reveals that there is no single user weight limit.

Warren from Happy Hideouts provided great service but the experience was slightly let down by the third party delivery service - did not bother to phone beforehand on the day of delivery despite being requested to do so. Fortunately, I was in on the day and had to plead with the delivery man to not just dump the pallet kerbside and instead wheel the pallet a further few metres down the straight driveway!

As a freestyle trampoliner who’s been bouncing in the garden for a number of years and jumped on lots of different outdoor trampolines, I was impressed by the all round high quality of the Exit Toys trampoline.

The styling to the trampoline makes it look very cool in the garden. It offers bouncy and easy use thanks to the study frame and high quality springs and jumping mat.

I found that the trampoline has a really safe and cushioning spring padding and enclosure that protects you when falling onto and makes you feel comfortable when jumping all around the trampoline.

I definitely highly recommend any of these trampoline models by Exit Toys to families looking for a safe and fun trampoline for their kids to exercise and learn skills on or just for fun!
