Great service

Not knowing anything about pools, great help and advice, all items received in great condition and kept informed during the transit of the pool, and a help line if any problems occur, which they didn't, fully recommended them

Thanks so much for the great review. We’re really pleased we could help make choosing the right pool and equipment a bit easier, especially when it was all new to you.

Great to hear everything arrived safely and that the whole process went smoothly.

Cheers,
Warren

Excellent

The pool is superb for all of the family, we have upsized from small circular to this beast!! Brilliant. It is already warm enough for the less brave and the children love it.

Hi Hannah, we're thrilled to hear your family is loving the new pool! Thanks for sharing your experience and happy swimming!

Outstanding Service

Warren was great from start to finish.

I contacted Happy Hideouts to double-check the availability of the Intex Ultra XTR 16' x 28" swimming pool, as other sites were claiming to have it in stock when they didn't. Warren confirmed he had it, let me arrange a collection, and even had it ready and waiting when I arrived.

Thanks to his fantastic, personal service, I got the pool up and filled just in time for the hot weather and May half-term! It’s rare to find a business owner so helpful and genuine. Happy Hideouts is definitely on my preferred sellers list now. Thank you, Warren!

Hi Craig, we're delighted to hear Warren provided such excellent service and that your pool was ready just in time for the sunshine! We hope you enjoy many more sunny days with your new pool. Thanks for sharing the photos and your experience!
