Spring 2027 Pool Reservation Terms

These terms apply to any Spring 2027 pool reservation made through happyhideouts.co.uk. By placing a reservation, you agree to the terms below in addition to our standard Terms of Sale.

1. What a reservation is

A Spring 2027 reservation allows you to secure a pool from our planned Spring 2027 stock allocation ahead of general availability, by paying a 20% deposit today. It is not a guarantee of a specific delivery date, but a commitment from us to allocate stock to you from our incoming Spring 2027 shipment.

2. Deposit and balance payment

A 20% deposit is payable at the time of reservation. This deposit is processed as a standard order through our website.

The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your planned delivery date. We will contact you in advance to confirm your delivery window and arrange payment of the balance.

Together, the deposit and balance make up 100% of the pool's full selling price at the time of reservation.

3. Expected delivery timing

Spring 2027 pool deliveries are currently expected during March and April 2027. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Delivery timing may change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, port delays, or other circumstances outside Happy Hideouts' reasonable control. We will let you know as soon as possible of any material change to your expected delivery date.

4. If the balance isn't paid

If the remaining balance is not paid by the requested payment deadline, Happy Hideouts may cancel the reservation and release the allocated stock for sale to other customers.

5. Cancelling your reservation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund of your deposit will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights and applicable UK consumer law.

Where Happy Hideouts has incurred reasonable and unavoidable costs or losses directly as a result of your cancellation — for example, costs already committed against your specific reservation — we may be entitled to deduct those costs from your deposit refund, where permitted by law.

We do not withhold deposits automatically or as a blanket policy; any deduction will reflect actual, reasonable losses only.

6. If we're unable to supply your pool

In the unlikely event that we're unable to supply the pool you've reserved, we will offer you either a suitable alternative or a full refund of all amounts paid, including your deposit.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights relating to distance selling and cancellation.
