The Go Karts are amazing! All of our visitors on site really enjoy using them, especially the tractor themed Go Kart. They love being able to ride along as though they are driving a real tractor, and making the sound effects to go with it. Thank you!

We just wanted to say how delighted we are with the Berg play equipment, and what an excellent job the team did in installing it. They worked really hard to dig it in properly and were very thorough. A great addition to our garden! The Happy Hideouts team made everything straightforward from ordering to installation - much better service than when we got our trampoline elsewhere.

The Large TL Playbase is actually bigger than we thought it would be, which has worked out OK. Our 4-year-old loves using the climbing net to get onto the monkey bars (really handy feature), and our 7-year-old has been having a great time with it too. We've got the basketball hoop ready to put up when they're a bit older.

Thanks for making it all so easy. Just waiting for some decent weather now so the kids can get out there more!

This is an awesome, well-built trampoline, and definitely premium quality. Yes, it's pricey, but you really get what you pay for here. Not saying everyone needs one, but if your kids will use it daily, it's worth the investment. Way different from those cheap Amazon ones - I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts 10+ years. Plus, Acon confirmed all parts are replaceable.
Setup takes about 5-6 hours solo. Instructions are solid though some steps are tricky. Love how the safety net sits on the outside - makes a huge difference since kids can safely stand in the corners when not jumping. The all-black design looks pretty sleek too.
I almost went with the cheaper 16' rectangular model, but glad I chose this one instead. Was nervous about the price tag but no regrets now that we have it.
