ACON 55 inch hexagon rebounder
Purchased the hexagon 55 inch rebounder and the quality of the material is evident upon opening the box. The assembly was straight forward and easy for one person. Having previously purchased a spring rebounder which was not kind to my back and joints the Acon rebounder was a welcome improvement from the first bounce. The equipment is sturdy with a lovely bounce. I am enjoying the wider surface bounce area afforded by the bigger rebounder, and enjoy using it daily. Happy Hideouts service was quick and efficient. Amazing professional bounce trampoline
Service and communication was great from happy hideouts. The trampoline was straightforward to assemble, and you can see that it’s fantastic quality and heavy duty, compared with a normal garden trampoline. The kids have used indoor professional ones for the past 2 years, and they consider this to have a very similar bounce. They are on it non stop, so well worth paying the money if you want a high quality outdoor trampoline.

I had wanted to upgrade our swimming pool this year (I seem to have predicted our recent heatwave!), but the larger pool that I wanted was sold out everywhere. I managed to find one at Happy Hideouts and so after a bit of digging contacted Warren on whatsapp to ask when it would be able to be delivered if I ordered it. Warren said it would only take a couple of days as it was in stock. So I took the plunge and ordered it. I got updates on the order and delivery dates, and then 2 days later it arrived, exactly as detailed on their website. What size Thermotec Neo do I need for my pool?

How to work out your pool volume

Note: if the Thermotec Neo is used on a koi pond over winter, an electric backup heater should be installed to provide additional heat in cold weather. For koi ponds, the Thermotec Inverter Pro range is generally the stronger choice because it offers higher heat output in colder conditions.
What affects the right heat pump size?
Pool volume is the starting point, but it is not the whole story. The right size also depends on whether you use a cover, how exposed the pool is to wind, your target water temperature, and whether you want mainly peak summer use or a longer season. If the pool is uncovered or particularly exposed, it is usually worth stepping up rather than choosing the smallest model that might just about cope.
All pools and ponds should ideally be covered to reduce heat loss and keep running costs sensible. For outside pools, a solar cover makes a real difference. All deliveries from Happy Hideouts are kerbside only. Your order will be delivered to the nearest safe and accessible point outside your property — usually the driveway or kerbside.
Our couriers aren’t able to carry items through your home, up stairs, or into the garden.
Some items — especially larger trampolines, climbing frames, or playhouses — may need a two-person lift due to their size and weight.
If you think you’ll need help unloading, please contact us before delivery. We can arrange an assisted two-person service for an additional fee, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
